Stuart Haw is a sport management consultant with experience of events, development and research in federations and local authorities, across a variety of themes, including athlete development, event management, and asset management.
This site will collate informed opinion pieces, inspiring interviews, and media articles that Stuart has been a part of. Stuart has based himself in Peterborough since 2015, but has been working in London and Newcastle with various sport organisations and universities. Along the way, he has met some incredible athletes, inspiring leaders, and interesting figures. Since 2019, Stuart has been researching community ownership of sport and leisure facilities as part of his PhD. This project, funded by Power to Change and Northumbria University, saw him return to his childhood athletics club to embark on a leisure saving mission. In this pursuit an army of sport and leisure figures lent their support. This site will celebrate them too.
